1. Curbside
We begin our sanitizing service the day after your trash collection. At your scheduled time and location, we arrive promptly to clean your bins right where they stand. This simple process ensures a thorough and efficient cleaning experience.
2. Clean
Our advanced 360-degree cleaning heads reach every nook and cranny of your trash bin, using pressurized water heated to over 200 degrees.
3. Disinfect & Deodorize
We don't just clean—we sanitize, transforming your dirty trash bin into a spotless, hygienic container. Our powerful system combines hot water with an eco-friendly disinfectant to eliminate 99% of germs and bacteria.
4. Done
After completing our thorough cleaning process, we return your garbage can to your preferred location. You can rest easy knowing your bins are clean, disinfected, deodorized, and back where they belong.

Why should I have my trash bins professionally cleaned?
Even after they’re emptied, trash bins can harbor bacteria, stubborn odors, and residue that attract maggots, insects, and rodents. Professional cleaning keeps your bins—and the area around them—cleaner, fresher, and more sanitary.
How often should I get my bins cleaned?
We recommend monthly cleaning but this can vary depending on your trash volume and household size.
Do I need to empty my bins before you arrive?
Yes, we need empty garbage cans to clean. We schedule your stops to arrive the day after trash pick to help minimize any garbage in your cans. If you have to put garbage in your cans before cleaning please bag the trash and we will remove it and put it back.
How do you clean my bins?
We use a 200 degree high pressure system that kills 99% of bacteria inside of the bin, and then we blast the entire outside of the bin leaving it clean and sanitized, after spraying it with a deodorizer.
Do I need to keep my payment info on file?
Yes, you will need to enter your payment info on a secure payment portal for a recurring service.
Do you clean trash bins in the winter?
Due to freezing temperatures, we pause cleaning services during the winter. Your service and billing will automatically resume in the spring.

After launching ATeam Cleaners, LLC in 2021 to serve homes and businesses across Metro Detroit, Anthony recognized another need in the community—clean, sanitized, odor-free garbage bins. And so, The Bin Cleaning Co. was born.
